1. About WOSmeta
WOSmeta is an independent, community-driven registry and information platform for Whiteout Survival by Century Games.
WOSmeta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Century Games, Whiteout Survival, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WOSmeta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WOSmeta. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts
Accounts are created via Google or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may not create shared, bot, or duplicate accounts. One account per person.
5. Identity Verification
By using the identity verification feature, you consent to automated OCR (optical character recognition) analysis of screenshots you upload.
You confirm that the WOS account you are verifying belongs to you.
Verified status may be revoked if impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation is detected.
6. User Submissions
By submitting data to the registry, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You grant WOSmeta a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your submissions as part of the registry.
Submissions are published immediately and may be superseded by newer submissions.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: submit knowingly false or misleading information; impersonate another player or alliance leader; manipulate registry data or verification systems; circumvent submission rate limits or other safeguards; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system; scrape, crawl, or bulk-download registry data without permission; upload malware or malicious content; or reverse-engineer the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The WOSmeta name, logo, design, and original content are the property of WOSmeta and its operators.
Whiteout Survival, its logos, and related assets are the property of Century Games. Their use on this site is for informational purposes only.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
WOSmeta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of registry data or any other content on the site.
10. Limitation of Liability
WOSmeta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for any losses arising from in-game decisions made based on registry data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months (if any).
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Users may request account deletion at any time. Public submissions may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
